In the restaurant Ellenstuen, we change menus three times a year, and emphasize on using the raw materials of the season. In our kitchen, good raw materials, often locally produced, are of great importance. Our restaurant is member of the network "Arctic Menu" in Northern Norway.

 

Restaurant Hagestuen

 

Fru Haugans Hotel is widely known for its superb cooking. Both traditional Norwegian food as well as European dishes is included in our menu. Do not miss Fru Haugans delicious caramel pudding, which is well known far outside the borders of Norway.

 

Bar

 

We have developed a new concept called Bar&Dancing. Fridays and Saturdays, you can swing to live music or good CDs on our new dancing floor. The music is not too loud, so you can have a pleasant and normal conversation with your friends. Of course, it is still possible to enjoy the silence in our salons.
